New Jersey Transit, Amtrak suspend train service over suspected pipe bomb

Police in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and FBI agents are examining a possible bomb left in a wastebasket and moved to near a train trestle, Mayor Christian Bollwage said Sunday night. The package exploded early Monday, startling police and reportedly as a police robot was cutting through wires.
